Dear patient,

I’d like to share with you a little about myself and my professional experience, with hope that you’ll find this information useful. If you are going to decide how comfortable you feel working with me, trusting the skills that I bring to my treatment room and the operation theater, I’d want you to have as much knowledge as possible. However, I believe that only a meeting could give you a good indication of who I am as a person and as a medical professional.

I am married to my amazing wife Vita. Vita is “life” in Latin, and there is no better word for who she is for me and our family. My wife gifted me with our five wonderful children, and I am grateful to her for that. It’s hard for me to fathom how she made it possible, to carry them in her womb and raise them during the challenging first years of my residency, and later, when we needed to relocate to different countries to further my professional education and experience.

I completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Shaarei Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

In 2017-2019, I completed a clinical fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. As a part of my fellowship, I did a special round of endoscopic gynecologic surgery (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, etc.).

After completing the residency in reproductive gynecology, I was awarded a scholarship for a research post-doc position and continued at McGill University during the years 2019-2020. Postponing our return to Israel was not an easy decision for my wife, and I am grateful to her for giving me this opportunity.

In 2022-2023 I completed an additional sub-specialty in surgical treatment of endometriosis, including the most complicated cases in which other systems in the body are involved, like the digestive tract and urinary system. It was a privilege for me to do this at one of the most important medical centers specializing in endometriosis in the world (Clinique Tivoli, IFEM Endo, Bordeaux, France).

Alongside my clinical and surgical practice, I continue to research with articles published in scientific journals in the field of fertility and endometriosis.

Upon our return to Israel, I joined the Unit for Fertility Preservation at Sheba Medical Center, and now I continue to work as a senior specialist at Sheba Center for Endometriosis, the largest in the country.

Since 2023, I have been teaching at Sackler Medical School at Tel Aviv University as a senior lecturer.

You’re welcome to read my resume, where you can also find the list of my publications.
